Inventory Services for Tenants

At the end of a tenancy the main area of disputes between Tenants and landlords is usually the condition of the property, its fixtures and fittings.

As a Tenant you can protect yourself and your deposit by having an independent Inventory Report prepared for you at the start of your tenancy. This is doubly important if your Landlord hasn't had their own independent Inventory Report prepared and agreed with you at the start of the tenancy.

Tenants receiving their property keys An independent Inventory Report for Tenants, prepared at the beginning of your tenancy (and again at the end of the tenancy), will note the condition of the property, fixtures and fittings and thus provide you with evidence should it be required.

Given the high level of Tenant deposits required when you take up the tenancy, this Tenant Inventory Report can be a very shrewd investment.
